The strategic goal of our human resources is to assure the implementation of the overall strategic goals of the company. The personal development goals of employees and the development goal of the company would be united together in the refined environment of talents cultivation and development thorough the effective management of human resources and the implementation of human resources strategies. The development strategies of talents in the company are as follows:
  A. Emphasized on the three types of talents to form a new mechanism for recruitment and cultivation of talents.
The talents are classified as the following three types in the company: management talents, professional talents and technique talents. The refinement and standardization of the above mentioned three types of talents are the company’s main concern in the long run. The new mechanism for recruitment and cultivation of talents would be formed to fully develop the potentials of all the talents by the means of the following five aspects: external recruitment; internal training; to provide a platform for all the talents; to provide a fair promotion system and to establish a talents repository. The key points are the external recruitment and the internal training. They are the foundation for the further cultivation and development of the talents in the company.
  B. Classified stimulation for the establishment of an efficient talents stimulation mechanism.
The company has formed an efficient talents stimulation mechanism to fully develop the potentials of the staff based on the various types of the talents’ working environments and features. There are six types of the stimulation means which are as follows: the annual salary system for the management staff; the stimulation system for the engineering technical staff; the stimulation system for the management staff; the stimulation system for the financial staff; the stimulation system for the marketing staff and the stimulation system for the technique staff. Each of them is targetted for a specified group for the best development of potentials of all the talents.
  C. Establishment of scientific employment mechanism based on the relative regulations and rules.
The central concept of the establishment of scientific employment mechanism is concentrating on the scientific configuration and legal employment relation. The rights of the employees and the company would be assured by obeying the labour laws and regulations. The labour management would be perfected thorough the scientific management of the staff, positions and promotion system, thus to refine and improve the input-output ratio. The trainings and certificates system are established to ensure the staff become more professional and to improve the efficiency and quality of the work.
